While traditionally designed for whole wood pieces, at The Dutch we've opted for wood pellets to ensure consistent and nuanced flavors. Our chosen blend, the "Grill Masters" blend, features a trio of Maple, Hickory, and Cherry woods. This combination offers a symphony of flavors - the Maple and Cherry lend sweet undertones, while the Hickory adds a robust, smoky punch for a bold flavor profile.

Temperature Control and Capacity:

Equipped with an electronic thermostat, our smoker maintains the ideal smoking temperature range of 250-275 degrees Fahrenheit. This precision ensures that each cut of meat receives just the right amount of smoke and heat for optimal tenderness and flavor. For slow-cooked perfection, the smoker can also operate at lower temperatures, dipping as low as 165 degrees Fahrenheit for overnight smoking and slow-cooked delicacies.

Our smoker is a workhorse, capable of accommodating an impressive array of meats. With a maximum capacity of 26 pork butts, 8 whole briskets, 24 full racks of pork ribs, and 60 pounds of chicken wings, we can craft a smorgasbord of BBQ delights to satisfy any craving.
