Prix-Fixe Beer Pairing Dinner

Join us at The Dutch for a special prix-fixe dinner in collaboration with Return Brewing, featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu paired with select house beers.

This multi-course experience highlights bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and expertly matched brews—designed to complement each dish from start to finish. Guests will enjoy a choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert, with the option to add curated beer pairings from Return Brewing.

This special prix-fixe menu is available for a limited time and will be offered while supplies last.

Menu Highlights

  • Appetizers include Smoked Maple Bourbon Pork Belly Lollipops, a classic Charcuterie Platter, or Cajun Deep-Fried Scallop Poppers with lemon creole aioli

  • Entrées feature comforting and flavor-forward selections such as Shepherd’s Pie, Seafood Creole Paella, or vegetarian Utica Greens

  • Desserts include Apple Cranberry Dutch Apple Pie or Orange Ricotta Cheesecake with fig preserves
