Fixer Upper
A cozy-meets-bitter cocktail with just enough sweetness to keep things interesting. The Fixer Upper balances banana, amaro, and bright lime for a smooth sip that sneaks up on you.
Ingredients
1 oz Banana Liqueur
¾ oz Antica
¾ oz Cynar
¾ oz Lime
¼ oz Demerara Syrup
Instructions
Add everything in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until thoroughly combined and chilled.
Garnish with Brulled Banana Slice
