A 10 oz flatiron steak marinated in rosemary, garlic, and red wine,topped with melted goat cheese and figs and served with cheese ravioli in a creamy bleu cheese sauce and roasted potatoes

Seared pork tenderloin medallions served in a creamy pear, maple, mustard, almond , shiitake sauce and served with roasted potatoes and asparagus
